Keith is an exemplary instructor, authoritative, calm and professional in the extreme. He is both personable and reassuring when teaching and never critical, always finding positives in every lesson to build confidence and experience. He knows when to push a student and knows when to back off and is always open to suggestions and feedback so as to tailor each lesson to each learner’s individual needs and abilities.

If there were more instructors like Keith around there would be more qualified drivers on the road and better ones too!

When I turned 17, the first thing I wanted was to learn to drive. I chose a local driving instructor based on friends' recommendations but it turned out to be a bad experience. I was put off getting back into a car for over a year! I hated driving. But I finally convinced myself that I needed to try again and scoured the internet, eventually stumbling upon Keith

This driving school offered exactly what I was after, and after enquiring, I was contacted by Keith and a first lesson was arranged. I got into that car the first time shaking like a leaf, but once I began to drive I was amazed. I was actually having fun! It was a completely different experience to what I had been used to. I immediately booked more lessons, and found that I really was enjoying driving.  The lessons themselves were tailored around me as an individual and anything I felt I struggled with would be addressed and resolved. The atmosphere was always good- I can't remember a time where I felt tense or uncomfortable behind the wheel. I felt safe, in control and could see myself actually progressing over the weeks. Everything was great, including the really cheap prices!

With my previous instructor I was often shouted at or lectured, and the person frequently forgot what I had and hadn't covered. None of these were an issue with Keith, who was always calm and patient and always remembered what we needed to work on. Keith was a brilliant instructor and dealt with any problems incredibly effectively. He was aware of my bad experience and always took that into consideration. He even put up with me humming Christmas songs any time I did a maneuver, which was a bonus.  I had been learning for nearly a year and a half with the previous instructor who was convinced I was still not yet up to standard. However, this time I was beginning to look test ready after only a few months. My goal was to pass before I went back to Uni in September. I did it with nearly three months to spare.

I never in a million years thought that I would be where I am now- writing this as I get ready to go out in MY car. I never thought I would ever feel safe or comfortable behind the wheel of a car and I was so sure I'd never have the confidence to drive again. But now I have this independence and it's amazing! If there's anyone out there who's had a bad experience, or anyone who is a little unsure about driving, look no further! 

I am now happily driving about in my little blue Yaris with my pink license in my purse. Thank you Keith!

Keith Boden is, I feel, calm and polite with a good sence of humour. This helps you to relax whilst driving. during my time with him he learnt me many valuable skills within the car. Throughout the course he always tried to push me hard to enhance my performance to get me driving alone as quickly as possible. at the end of every session he always complimented the possitives and told me to work on the negatives.
 
In all, I think Keith was the best choice of driving instructor as we got on throughout the course and I felt as though I was becoming a confident, comfortable driver. I think Keith has so much to offer to other young drivers that are wanting to learn to drive.

A message of many thanks to my amazing driving instructor Keith Boden!! :) I am 6 Months pregnant and needed an intense driving course, I was put in contact with Keith and within a week I had started my lessons. Each day I had 2hrs Keith boosted my confidence aswell as become a friend and was so professional!! After 6 days I had my driving test :) ..... I PASSED!!!
Without Keith this would not of been possible it was my first driving test, Keith offered to come with on my test which helped a lot. I didn't feel as nervous as I had someone in the car I knew!! Keith is a beast, he somehow managed to make me pass my driving test after 6 months. His lessons are always fun, even though some of his jokes are horrendous he can still make you laugh and enjoy your time whilst driving around. Straight from lesson one you get behind the wheel, after the first few lessons you will be driving for the entire driving lesson. Sometimes I was early for lessons and I would still finish at the end time agreed (so I had a longer). So go with Keith if you want to pass :)

I took up driving with Keith in September 2016 after never driving a car before, he made me feel so comfortable and so at ease with driving and took everything as it came without rushing, despite me being desperate to pass as soon as possible.
